Converting 7 segment decoder to scrolling 3x5 display. And added a little customisation to a number, can anyone spot it? The logic is a mess here :P

I know it sounds rather difficult. But I think it can be done easily in proteus, eagle or any program. Then copy the circuit in 2 parts and ready clear would lose its ecensial touch to simulate it. But anyway thank you for doing this 9. :D
