If you get your timeconstants right i think you can get them to work consequently.

Bugger, if by consequently you mean independent flashing one after another then no- this circuit is operating as it should, and pretty smooth too (good job Ken). There are ways to accomplish that, Secuture showed somebody how last week I think. however, and this is just my opinion- even if you keep all the same components and values the way they are, rewiring them in a different order well, you just can't call it the same circuit anymore. Kenneth: these values work well and the layout is clean and that's cool- but the sky is the limit with how creative one can get with this topology. I've got a 'few' (lol) you could check out in my profile to see what I mean..
