等效的NAND存储3x3,用一个可以截断的电容和并联的NMOS代替浮栅式MOS管。 每一列上两个开关左边为列写控制右变为读控制,每行左边的开关为写入的数据,又变为读出的数据用LED显示。因为可截断的电容在现实中并不存在,暴露在空气中就会放电。所以该电路做出来的可能性不大。至于为什么要做这个电路,纯属闲的蛋疼。本来想用纯MOS做51的计划就这么泡汤了。
