You can even see in the simulation, the oscillator in independent to the secondary resonant frequency, so it will surely be out of resonance thus no energy is transfered to the secondary. I have made a few tesla coils so I think to know what I'm talking about. You actually can make the oscillator run at the correct frequency but it would be a pain in the back side

Just use less windings on the secondary coil
