That NC push button has been shorted out.

Sometimes pushbuttons behave funny. NCs behave like NOs and vice-versa

When you get an error notification while pressing an NC switch, it automatically converts itself to an NO SW.

If you get something like this, just drag a proper item over the top of it, it will turn blue and correct the error.
