Substractor amplifier for thermistor

Here is an amplifying circuit for a NTC sensor to get a better resolution & fidelity for a microcontroller. The thermistor is shown as a potentiometer in the circuit like the real 44014RC. It can be any thermistor as long as the resistance is not too small for the source max current(Rmin=V/Imax). If it is the case, better make this circuit: http://everycircuit.com/circuit/5178204198010880 The substractor amplifier values are for a thermistor of Rmax less or equal than 1 MegaOhms.
