This as FM12 Network Service. Start circuit normally and wait until upper circuit is running. Pull in bottom primary switch and the circuit will behave normally (bug work around). Note that unlike a FM2 Service (2 hots 180 degrees out of phase) the neutral always carries current. You need some resistance on each side of the transformers or you get infinite resistance. You can get the "can't find solution" if you don't. The primary voltage is fairly realistic at 12kV with each source at 120 degrees out of phase.
