Keep in mind, you set the simspeed to 100ms/s, so if you press the key once a second here in simulation, its like you would do 10 times a second in reality. Those kind of circuits needs some recovery time. E.g the 500kOhm at input cap you can make smaller to make it faster. Anyway, i think for a real circuit there is nothing wrong with it. Keep it up!

Thanks. When i decrease capacity at the input its statrs some troubles - if key pressed rapidly trigger gets state when both transistors is open. May be something wrorng with base and collector resistors, If it needs to push up base voltage for open transistor???

problem solved by decreasing capacity at input (i cant explane but its working)
