Set beta of the first NPN to about 400. Set the other two transistors to about 200. That'll closely approximate the transistors suggested in the circuit from the Droid Circuit Pro app. However, I highly suggest finding different transistors to use, as the one suggested have gains that vary quite a bit from part to part. That can make finding a matched pair pretty difficult.
