Your not amplifying anything at the moment. You need to calculate all the resistor the right way to set up a proper biasing point etc. I like this website as it is rather simple to get something working out of it: http://www.guitarscience.net/calcs/ce.htm. But you may want to watch a video before which explains all tbe math step by step. Just look for "common emitter amp calculation" or sth similar. Anyway i also recomend this video: https://youtu.be/VWY2WQcKJgk. He usually makes great content and explains some important ideas in this video.
