What we see is some chaotic oscillation, can't work without proper biasing. E.g. dont touch simspeed and it stops oscillating (im not talking about EC CFS problems, this is caused by super unrealistic mosfet settings which cause ultra high current spikes and EC does fail to calculate, somehow) a more realistic mosfet model might help, plus a proper Vgs biasing.
