Leds in this app are 2V and 20ma. 9V-2V=7V/20ma=350ohms for the current limiting resistor. Hope this helps

I looked and see the leds mot lights up that because tge resistor set at 470 kohm, too high vale... Should be at 390 ohm to light up...
