It's good to see a neat layout. :) There's a couple of issues with the input. The frequency is set to 50 *k*Hz; the transformer's inductance is too high to work quite right with that. The input voltage amplitude should be 311V to match 220V mains. AC is normally given as Volts RMS; multiply by 1.41 (the square root of 2) to get the amplitude for EveryCircuit.
