Insulated Platform to Protect From Severe Electrical Shocks

You draw the short straw to go in and shut down damaged, broken, and poorly insulated electrical power panel and wet floor.

Drawing from the bottom up is damp ground.  Next up, round automobile tire and on top of tire heavy hardwood platform.  Bolt with 4 bolts through wood platform into the top sidewall of the tire.  Do not bolt through the bottom of the tire.

Try to keep the platform as dry as possible and stand on top wood board when handling switch levers or possible high voltage points.
