I'm using my resonant gate oscillator to drive the power RF final instead of classic crystal oscillator with push-pull, resonant GDT and other stuff.
The 10nF capacitor on the mosfets gates is the gate capacitance, you don't need to put it in the circuit, it's already inside your mosfets ;)
Maybe it needs some improvement, but it could work.
