You say 40kHz sampling rate, at 20kHz till 40kHz were the mirror is, we have worst case -40.2dB@20kHz, this is good for 7bit ADC resolution. Keep it up!

It would attinuate at higher frequencies. But clse to 10khz it ran fine. Remove the generator and wire the output to the input resistor. You would get an increasing amplitude oscillation toward the 11khz. Implying a gain rather attinuation.

@xDR1TeK good idea i tried to and it oscillate till the transitory end with Vpp value equal the Vcc of op-amp! f~11,8kHz!
