Is this how solid state memory works? Metal oxide semiconductors holds charge in the gates to open current flow from source to the drain. I always wonder how solid state memory works. I know they used to use magnetic memory and solid state memory replaced magnetic memory. BLUE LED----NEGATIVE----"0" RED LED------POSITIVE-----"1"
