How’d you counter the Miller gain?

Just looking at its configuration, I'd say it may be because it has high open-loop gain, and loop-gain. Check out fhi(f) = fhi*(1-|Tmid|) which is eq: 11-12

@crake, that’s crazy. I thought the gain across the inverting stage would overwhelm bandwidth at some point?
