Top is the NOR implementation of a JK-Flip Flop bottom is NAND.
The point is to observe the difference in behaviors.
Left side digital in is J and K (upper/lower), bottom digital in is Clk.
You'll observe that the output for Q on the Nor only changes on the rising edge of the clock.
Additionally, J=1, and K=1 causes Q to toggle.
