UPDATED-Single push button ON OFF or Toggle Circuit

One push ON, Another push OFF with same button using IC555. 

Update: This can also work as a toggle switch between two circuits as shown in the circuit. Same push button toggles between red and green LED.

But unfortunately not working after your lastest update. One must be very fast in touching the button, below 1ms i guess. If you press long and even hold, it does just oscillate. Needs some rework.

@hurz I have added a small delay element a capacitor of 5 microF which gives a certain delay between state change. Thanks for the feedback.
