Taken from a few reference circuits for some basic opamps. EC has a hard time finding a solution. I have to lower the time base and drop the control voltage (far left DC source, call it Vc) to less than 100mv to start it up. Then I slowly ramp up that control voltage. The sawtooth and sine wave signal frequencies increase with increases in Vs, and vice versa.
