I was inspired by @crake to publish an LED STROBE. The idea is to use a single 555 timer (and a counter chip) to rapidly flash LED's and lamps creating the LED STROBE.
This circuit is immune to noise and works at various simulator speeds such as 100ms/s and 200ms/s.
Flick the SPST switch and enjoy.
