Not sure if this is correct, can never remember pull up or pull down. A resistor and transistor in pull up. Added the logic gates to show state of outputs, green to show output is high, two outer red LEDs show outputs gone low on each leg and other middle red LED to show both logic gates ok and wirking correctly. Just me being daft but fun working it out.
