Дешифратор 7-ми сегментного индикатора работает на основе двоичной системы счисления (А-0001, В-0010, С-0100, D-1000). При определенном замыкании цепи ключами, подключенными ко входу дешифратора, можно наблюдать на индикаторе цифры от 0 до 9 соответственно.
