BJT NPN Current Limiter

Current limit set to 1mA with the bottom resistor. As the bottom transistor is switched on, more of the current gets shunted to ground. Base of the bottom transistor must be ~0.7V above emitter, so the max current allowed = 0.7V/715ohm (~1mA).
