5V PWM Noise Cleaner

This is to help clean up a 5V pwm signal. Using a random noise generator to inject noise into the signal and playing around with different combinations of components to filter out any noise. 

Need to combine this with a noise generator to simulate a noisy signal that could then be cleaned up.
