So this app seems to be heavily overloaded with spam circuits and accounts. I joined this app community with hopes of furthering my self education on circuits and electronics in general but seem to find the same repeating circuits being posted in the community section. 

So who's the actual members with proper knowledge and not just spammers? 
Also does anyone know if there are any plans for an update soon? Possibly with a component expansion or simulated sound or vibration feedback? 

I'm trying to further my knowledge on everything from simple Arduino projects to energy experiments. If anyone has any advice I'm all ears.

idk man, I only publish things that have some meat and potatoes. Everything else (half made circuits or incomplete ideas) are for me.

Welcome to the part 10 years too late 😅 It was way more popular back then with actual engineers who would educate and deep dive into lessons, but the spammers pushed most of them away. I'm still floating around but I interact with the community very little here these days, real life keeps me a little preoccupied some days 😅

Fair enough, I'm just starting to learn electronics and circuitry for the most part. I started self teaching about six months ago building small spectrometers and such out of nanos and IC's. I joined EveryCircuit in hopes of expanding my knowledge based without having to burn through components and maybe pass on what limited knowledge I have learned to whoever is interested in learning it.

Truth be known, it wasn’t spammers that pushed them away but rather it was their arrogance and antisocial behaviour over a decade that resulted in their inevitable departure.

Actually you're right, it wasn't spammers, it was you. Hands down you Lenny. Your Idiocracy and blatant disregard for human and electrical safety pushed us all away, because you can only yell at a moron for so long before it's not worth it

Please, calm down, Jake. Let’s not dwell on the comment/spam war, okay? And Lens, I know you are not entirely without fault for what happened in the past, but let’s not let it affect how we interact with other users. Learning from our mistakes is part of what stopped the war, and I don’t want to see that progress to a healthy learning environment be undone

Well, as I learn I'll try to post some educational circuit builds when I can to hopefully help others learn at their own pace. So far I have a few that I've posted now that I would consider somewhat educational like my 7 rectifiers and voltage divider builds. Hopefully more to come. 👽
