This is a RC Phase Shift Oscillator using BJT, RC network consists of 30nF capacitor and 1K resistor, in real world you can implement the same circuit using 1nF capacitor also, if you add 1nF capacitor here it won't work.Thank You

I think the capacitor in the emitted circuit can be removed and the base current of the transistor can be readjusted.
