Emergency Light Bar Flasher with Cruise and Takedown Modes

Rudimentary emergency light bar setup for alternating R/B Flash, R or B Cruise Mode, and momentary or switched Take-down override mode. 

Would love some feedback on this setup, I have an extremely basic understanding of this stuff. 

Flasher setup was adapted from other users' builds on the site, wasn't able to get an even signal (50% duty cycle?) from the flasher to the LEDs. Will mess around with it.
