I don't understand this circuit, and the atenuated leds, how can you make that? I think it is wrong this simulator, i prove this circuit in livewire simulator and it's making nothing, it,s wrong the every circuit?

This blinkie topology is the first I discovered but i wasn't too keen on it's operation. I rearranged the connections and found a better blinking blinkie- my page has plenty of examples of my segmented astable multivibrator..
