This is an Automatic Pump controller circuit. The two switches shown here are the high and low level sensors, which are connected inside a tank. Switch will be closed if the tank is filled with water. You can turn on or off the switches accordingly for getting the result. The green graph line shows the current flow through a motor (here Green LED) and the transistor act as a relay
