All of your diodes are shorted out. They serve no purpose at this time. Also 9kHz is too fast of a signal to cause an incandescent lamp to flash. The filament is too slow, to change temperature that fast. It flashes here because the simulator slows down the display so that we can see the activity.

You used normal diodes you have to use leds :P
