Simple null-balance Wheatstone bridge for the measurement of an unknown resistance.
The unknown resistance (bottom right) may be measured by the displacement of the current in the green limb from the current in the standard blue limb, adjustment of the variable resistor (top right) will act to equalise the circuit current from which the value of the unknown resistance may be inferred once equalised.
