i have tried to make basic circuit using and gate 2 switches and two resistors is it correct ? or i have done any mistake ..

Your LEDs on fire because its rated for a lower voltage. If you have the correct led or drop the voltage to the led with a voltage regulator you will be golden. I would also put a resistor before or after the led

Yeah just put in like a 100 Ohm resistor after the AND gate
