Simplification of circuit in which INPUT A is connected to a 555, using bitmasking to direct the 555's output to a specific D-Flip-Flop Input. The JK Flip Flop is necessary to capture the (very brief) original input long enough to be compared in a series of AND gates responsible for the bitmasking.

Top Switch is the Simulated Input, must be enabled before bottom switch. Bottom switch is simulated 555 monostable response, which is enabled thereafter. Disabling the bottom switch will reset the system.
