A-Z ASCII Characters 5x4 PIXEL and Desimal Equivalents

It displays A-Z ascii characters with their decimal equivalents. Since space is limited, I had to keep the matrix display small. It runs slowly because of the slowness of the simulation and the serial connection of OR gates.
