It doesn't need so many inverter gates. Everycicuit gates do oscillate already with three of them http://everycircuit.com/circuit/5754533262393344 propagation delay makes any odd number of gstes oscillate

Yes, but i wanted to be have a square-like signal without other type of part used. The three gate oscillator produce a saw waveform
