Nice little circuit, a led resistor of about 470 ohms gives about 20 mA.

lenzrulz yours also is a nice simple and functional circuit, the advantage that a solid state circuit could have is that it's time base and or run times can be adjusted so cheaply and easily. http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6261604299833344
