Do you have your resonant frequency formula

If not look it up and set either your capacitor or inductor as a constant value then work it backwards

I changed the capacitor to 3.38mF and got 49.8Hz

You know with a slight reconfiguring you can make an EMP generator. Just need to readjust the component values a little.

Is there a need for the opamp? Looks like you can connect the base of the transistor to ground.

I don't think so. I think if the base is connected to the ground the transistor doesn't turn on. I'm not an expert so I'm not sure
