6 bit serial-in serial-out left to right shift register. Rightmost logic source is DATA IN. Left logic source manually clocks the data to right. SPST switch allows data to clock automatically. Input DATA serially into register by selecting logical HIGH for 1 or logical LOW for 0. After each selection data must be clocked to shift into register. Alternatively, throw switch and input data between clock pulses to clock data automatically.
