Con este circuito se logra un efecto de desvanecimiento de la luz que emiten los LED. Para ello el IC 555 descarga en pequeños intervalos de tiempo al condensador, el cual a su vez enciende y apaga al transistor.

This circuit achieves a light fading effect emitted by LEDs. For this, the IC 555 discharges in small time intervals to the capacitor, which in turn turns the transistor on and off.
