This is a driving circuit for a three phase AC delta wound motor. Outputting 3 phase AC with each phase 120° out of phase to one another.
This uses the PWM inverter topology, where a PWM frequency duty cycle is altered based on a sine wave input, to effectively emulate the power output of a sign wave.
