The source connected to green node needs to be flipped 180°.

What do you mean by "weird"? I get that a delta wound alternator doesn't strictly need a neutral wire, but neither does the rectifier. Just pretend the neutral isn't there and set up your phase voltages with your line voltages in mind and forget about it. It is possible to set up a delta connected set of sources; the loop just can't have zero impedance. Try putting a 1u resistance in series with each one. Also it needs a ground somewhere, but it can even be on the load side of the rectifier. Hope that helps.
