This circuit may convert any 4 bit parallel signal to the serial. Use keyboard on the bottom to enter your code. This circuit has indication on the right. Convertion operates in 3 stages:
1.Reading parallel signal - RED LED activated
2.Converting in process - YELLOW LED activated
3.Convertion ready - GREEN LED activated
