A 2N2222 Transistor with Zener diodes added to show the max rated voltages of each junction.  In EC simulation the Transistor component can handle infinite voltage, real transistors cannot.

But the NPN isn't breaking down the zener is just conducting at it's breakdown voltage, BREAK THAT TRANNY!!! :p
