Does not run in simulator picking up induced transmitter signal.  Far left is phone transmitter antenna lead in wire.

Box circuit is lead pencil with metal cap removed and a fixed crystal mounted on top of pencil and some fine model railroad d.d.c.wiring { where the 1 nh coil is, but wrap enough wire to resonate well at the amateur band frequency)  wrapped around the pencil shaft (about 32 gauge wire, DCC stands for Digital Command Control. It is a system where digital commands are sent to the locomotives through the rails.DCC allows independent control of multiple locomotives within the same block.   Hold pencil close to the vertical antenna lead in line.

 The 20,000 ohm resister is where the headphones connect with two Fahnestock clips to monitor signal.
