Схема построена на базе микросхемы NE555 и способна включать и выключать нагрузку по изменению сопротивления термо резистора (крайний левый потенцометр), второй подстроечный резистор нужен для коррекции работы схемы относительно настройки температуры включения и выключения нагрузки. По крутите левый подстроечник и посмотрите сами...)
