Devides voltage value on right by voltage value on left and stores result in capacitor on right side. At first need to charge condensators - close two switches on left buttom for a moment and don't forget to open them. Close switch at the top. After a little time of simulation second cap will hold result of division. In current implementation first voltage value must be greater then 1.
