You used a voltage controlled voltage source, which means you are supplying atleast 230V to the circuit and not producing or getting 230V out of your 12V. You are getting the 230V from somewhere else not in the 12V. If im not mistaken

No mistake, but it's not writen anywhere, you can suggest that it's a DC boost converter that you bought ;)
