Nice idea, however....If you put say an LED with a low resistor as a load at your voltmeter, you will see that there is only a couple of milliamps available....it won't light. That is because the mosfets need setting to match real ones whether you need higher current there or not. There is also shoot-through where the mosfet pairs are both conducting momentarily at the wrong time.....only a few insignificant microamps, but that is only because not much current is available....If that happens with real mosfets then things are likely to blow....You could put a highlighted amp meter just after the 5v supply to see that (remove all other highlights)....here is an adjusted version.  http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6099002554843136
